A staff member named Mor... read more I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes for my food, I noticed two cars leave without their orders. A staff member named Morgan came to the drive-thru with a remade burger, and when I asked her what she was doing with it, she said she was going to throw it away. I was confused about why she would do that with a trash can just beside her. When the manager finally brought out my order, I asked about the returned burger, and she mentioned that she took it to her office to eat. Looking at my meal, it certainly didn't seem fresh. I intend to reach out to the corporate office about this issue.

My wife and I accidentally placed our mobile order at the wrong location, but Amanda immediately called the correct restaurant and transferred our order without any extra charge, despite it being our mistake. I would rate the service a perfect 10/10. Additionally, the men's restroom was the cleanest I've ever seen at any fast-food establishment.

I noticed someone at the side door who handed out a burger that I later learned was a remake. I spoke to a girl named Morgan and asked her why she was throwing it away when there was a garbage bin right next to her. When the manager finally brought my food, I asked her why it looked fresh compared to that burger. I will be calling the office about this.
