Sonic Drive-in - Longview

It took 20 minutes to have a foot long cheese cone and 2 orders of cheese bags and one of them had chili on them that I did not ask.

It literally took about 45 minutes to 1 order of 6 pieces cheese stalls and without ranch or marinara, which I asked for 1 of each placement of the order.

I chased a burger this morning. I ordered, waited for over 15 minutes to get it, I typed my carhop and went to the house. I am too home and my burger was super old as a day old. meat was very dry and the cheese was super old and the bungalow itself was super hard and old as well. I was so upset that I couldn't just settle down and it could eat that everything is so expensive and wait and the tip I gave it just had to take it back. I got into the load and the manager came out immediately (no attitude like most manager like I did something wrong) to tackle the problem and she did (nikki) the manager apologises and remade my burger? personally and gave me a few coupons and let me know that she spoke to her coworkers and assured me that this will not happen again and it is not acceptable. I actually went back to the load to get my money back, and I was very surprised by the respect and professionalism of the manager (nikki) I had to allow her to make the dinge right, and she did that and much more and the burger was super fresh and was very good. thank you nikki! they need an increase and other manager should learn from them how to make a paying customer happy even if the dinge were so wrong before. I will load this one 3 there was a 0 stars when I saw and bit the first evil old burgers.. they would have got 5 stars if the burger were made like the 1 nikki.

I just left this Sonic drive-thru five minutes ago. I ordered a Route 44 sweet peach tea, but they gave me plain sweet tea instead. The person at the drive-thru said they would remake it, but when I got my drink, it was filled to the brim with sugar. That’s very unacceptable. I will call them on Monday morning to address this.

Food is always warm not hot and takes a long time to actually come out... have been multiple times at various times of day and same results. quit eating at sonic only stop there for the drinks now.
