However, the carhop was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything, bringing us ketchup, which I really appreciated!

However, it took 11 minutes from when we placed our order to when... read more I stopped by to try the new dirty drinks, and I was happy with them once they finally arrived. However, it took 11 minutes from when we placed our order to when we actually received them. The restaurant didn't seem particularly busy, but there was only one girl managing the deliveries. There were times when there was a gap of a few minutes between her bringing out orders, which made me suspect that there might have only been one person working inside as well.

When I finally got to the window, I was told they weren’t accepting card payments that day. Since I don’t carry cash, they informed me that my only option was to cancel my order. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned their payment machine was down when I was ordering. Overall, it was quite frustrating.
