I stopped by to try the new dirty drinks, and I was happy with them once they finally arrived. However, it took 11 minutes from when we placed our order to when we actually received them. The restaurant didn't seem particularly busy, but there was only one girl managing the deliveries. There were times when there was a gap of a few minutes between her bringing out orders, which made me suspect that there might have only been one person working inside as well.
I waited in line for 15 minutes after placing my order for a medium drink. When I finally got to the window, I was told they weren’t accepting card payments that day. Since I don’t carry cash, they informed me that my only option was to cancel my order. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned their payment machine was down when I was ordering. Overall, it was quite frustrating.
I’m disappointed to report that I had to inform DoorDash that the restaurant was closed, even though it actually wasn’t. As a result, I didn’t receive a refund for my order. This lazy employee wasted both my time and gas, and ultimately cost me money. This incident occurred on November 15, 2022. The staff member had 18 minutes to prepare an order consisting of just five small items. When I reached out to DoorDash, they told me the restaurant claimed they began working on my order right at 11 PM. This is a blatant falsehood; I waited until 11:06 PM, and the employee hadn’t moved from his spot since I arrived. Such unprofessional behavior and laziness are completely unacceptable.
I purchased a gift card for my friend in Las Vegas, and I was thrilled to find that this place is all over the city! Of course, I couldn't resist treating myself to a Mini M&M Blast while I was there, and it was fantastic!
