We are usually at Scottie?s on Friday nights, enjoying sangria and whatever Chef Ronnie has cooked up for Fancy Fridays. I?ve never had a bad meal here. I?ve never had a mediocre meal here. The food is always high quality! Scottie?sBistro is a blessing to Longview. The service is always excellent. We?ve loved all of our servers. It?s tough to name afavorite dish because I love them all. But I really enjoy the specials on Fancy Friday and Italian Thursdays.

Indoors the restaurant is quaint with some in... read more First time there and my first impressions. Outside patio seating is expansive and fully covered from the elements. Indoors the restaurant is quaint with some interesting and subtle art and decorations. I was cheerfully greeted by the staff and shown to mytable. Some different and interesting choices for breakfast, which of course I must try. It was a mixing of UK and Indiabreakfast cuisine for me and wow! It was tasty and delightful. Prices are reasonable and the service was wonderful. I'lldefinitely be back and will recommend.

I have worked for Scotties-Bistro for the past year and a half, for a... read more I have never called out a business like this, but it’s something I feel like I have to do. I have worked for Scotties-Bistro for the past year and a half, for a year everything was great. I have stayed through all the craziness that happened with switching management and team members. I went on vacation with my parents at the end of September and received a message saying there needs to be a meeting when I come back. Of course I was panicking and when I went into said meeting I felt talked down to and bullied. Yes everyone can work on things but for you to say to me “your business is picking up so I guess that will be your first priority so we are going to start treating you like you are our second priority” it is completely disgusting. I should have walked away then because I knew in my mind that was not how someone should talk to you. I was told I would only be on Sundays working and so I finally started taking my business seriously (never took off for my business and never put it over my job) and I filled my Saturdays up with trade shows. Then they took me off of the schedule for one week just to do it. The communication is completely horrible. Anytime I text or message I NEVER get a response until a week or so later. I have been so stressed out and walking on eggshells and I am just fed up with it. This last Sunday I celebrated my birthday with my regulars at work and I got this message after I got home. So you can no longer have “regulars” even if a customer asks for you they are now going to be told they can’t have the server they want. After this I made a Facebook post thanking everyone for making my day at work (only customers) and I get taken off the schedule for making a post on MY Facebook. I’m tired of the nonsense and drama and I just wanted to show everyone exactly what kind of company this is.
