This is where the... read more I had a great time at the restaurant, especially enjoying my burger in the lively atmosphere. However, my guest was not happy with her burger. This is where the restaurant really shined. They offered her a different dish of her choice, which she ended up loving. The manager also took the time to come over and ask about her experience, demonstrating a sincere commitment to customer service and a desire to improve for the future. I also had the mudslide pie, which was exceptional! All in all, we were very satisfied with our experience.

I arrived for a late lunch or early dinner and was pr... read more I visited this restaurant for the first time, marking my first Ruby Tuesday experience in about ten years. I arrived for a late lunch or early dinner and was promptly greeted by the staff. Our orders were taken correctly and served quickly, with everything looking appealing. However, the most crucial factor was the flavor. My MadLove burger was a delicious treat from beginning to end, and the garlic butter fries with cheese were fantastic as well. My wife was especially impressed with her wedge lettuce burger and enjoyed both the sweet potato fries and the zucchini fries. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. As a chain restaurant, it truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely consider returning. That said, it doesn't quite measure up to our local 30-Burger in Texarkana. Despite this, we were glad we chose to dine here, and we left feeling satisfied with the value and appreciated the cleanliness of our table.
