We ordered takeout and waited 37 minutes before a staff member came out to inform us that we were lucky to be receiving the last order of ribs. He assured us that the order was about to come out. However, it took 31 more minutes for the order to finally arrive. We waited over an hour for the ribs, only to find that it wasn't enough for a full rack. It seemed like leftovers from a dine-in order. It was disconcerting to think about what might have happened.
If you're in the mood for an incredible steak, make sure to visit Outback. Their name says it all! As a steak enthusiast, I have high standards, and I'm grateful that they know how to prepare a fantastic steak. Let me tell you, when you don’t even need steak sauce, you know it’s a remarkable cut of meat! I've traveled extensively and had some excellent steaks, but this one truly melts in your mouth. I prefer my steak rare, and they cooked it to perfection. The restaurant itself was very clean, including the restrooms, which were also wheelchair accessible. The service was prompt, and the waitstaff was exceptional; we never had to wave down our server. We happily left a $20 tip for her attentive and speedy service. If you're craving steak, there's no better place to go—make it a special outing. The atmosphere is just perfect!
Our waiter Sid was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu, making our dining experience even better. We eat out often and will certainly be returning to this place as our go-to spot. The Blooming Chicken was our favorite dish, and I fell in love with the Blackberry Martini that Sid suggested—it’s now my favorite drink. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with delicious food. Keep up the great work!
I recently visited this steakhouse, and it was frankly the worst experience I've ever encountered. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone—not even for a restroom stop. The customer service was abysmal. I went for drinks with some colleagues and ordered the blossom shrimp, which ended up being overly salty. Our waiter only provided one small loaf of bread for the three of us. When the cook delivered our food, I appreciated his kindness and tipped him, especially since he brought a take-out plate and extra sauce that the waiter had forgotten. However, the waiter still expected a tip from me, despite my having already tipped the cook. All in all, I would not advise anyone to visit this Outback restaurant.
