No air conditioni... read more This was the worst experience ever at a Noble Romans. Greenwood location. You have to serve yourself. They are extremely forgetful. It is hot. No air conditioning apparently. The workers acted like we should know what to do and where everything was and this is absurd. They carded my parents, who are in their late 60’s when they ordered a beer. I get carding but this seems a bit eccentric. I’m assuming they got in trouble for underage drinking or something. If you haven’t visited in a few months how would you know of the changes. I am sorry, but it was a much better experience when you could sit with your family and actually be served and have dinner and not have to get up 20 times to serve yourself your dinner. You literally have to get all your eating utensils, drinks, and plates.

The restaurant was very dirty inside and we were shocked as it is new and was only open for two weeks. I contacted upper management, and they replied with that they would speak with the manager at this particular location.
