I always order the Boathouse sandwich without tomatoes, and my kids enjoy trying different items—everything has been absolutely excellent. If you’re looking to try an amazing gumbo, this is the place. The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home!

After listening to my fellow nurses go o... read more To be honest, I've always avoided this place because of its name. It'll do? Well, that was judgy and wholly inaccurate. After listening to my fellow nurses go on and on about this place, I drove there immediately after work. It's quaint, small, and you can watch them do their magic while you wait at a table. I ordered the house and oh my gosh was it so amazing. I never knew a sandwich (panini) could bestow such amazing flavor and complexity in each bite. I also ordered the pup, stuffed pepper. It was good, but I'll have to try more. Something tells me the chicken salad stuffed pepper may have been a better choice, but I'm more than willing to continue visiting this place in order to find out. I highly recommend this one.
