Although the empl... read more "I work for DoorDash and recently went to pick up two orders from this restaurant. I waited for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Although the employees looked my way, they just walked past without offering any help. It felt like I was standing there forever until someone finally asked what I needed, only to find out that the food wasn’t even ready. It didn’t appear that they were short-staffed, but I definitely felt overlooked and neglected. Moreover, I noticed they completely ignored incoming phone calls; the phone rang over 20 times without anyone picking it up."

Howe... read more I ordered online for 8:30 AM, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the app, and my order didn’t go through, so my food wasn’t ready when I got there. However, the staff were very friendly and apologetic. A woman took my order, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my food was prepared.

The ambiance is pleasant, particularly when it’s not too crowded. However, I've observed that the service can vary. Most of the time, it’s good, but there have been occasions when our order was incorrect, and the server seemed somewhat irritated. Conversely, there have also been times when we had exceptional experiences with our servers.

The waitress was absolutely lovely and made our day even more special. The food was fantastic, although it was a bit on the expensive side.
