The restaurant in the shopping center doesn’t compare to a true Chick-fil-A. The prices are higher, and both the food and service are disappointing. Plus, you have to eat inside the mall. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
First of all, the staff member wasn’t rude, but he was definitely slow and inattentive. He missed half of my order, which meant I had to repeat myself multiple times. When the food finally came, it wasn't prepared correctly. This was honestly the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had—so bad that it’s almost amusing. Food rating: 2/5.

The food was delicious and served hot, as I had to wait for it to be prepared. The staff was friendly and polite.
