The bustling environment and higher prices add to the challenge, making visits hit-or-miss. Despite setbacks, occasional excellent interactions and tasty meals maintain a level of customer loyalty, though this location struggles to consistently deliver the seamless experience expected from the Chick-fil-A brand.

However, on the other hand, the service was the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I was the only person in line, and I patiently waited for my food, thinking it would take just a few minutes at most. By the time my meal finally arrived, I felt like I had aged three years. I was 46 when I ordered, and by the time I received my food, I felt like a 50-year-old!
The restaurant in the shopping center doesn’t compare to a true Chick-fil-A. The prices are higher, and both the food and service are disappointing. Plus, you have to eat inside the mall. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
First of all, the staff member wasn’t rude, but he was definitely slow and inattentive. He missed half of my order, which meant I had to repeat myself multiple times. When the food finally came, it wasn't prepared correctly. This was honestly the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had—so bad that it’s almost amusing. Food rating: 2/5.
The food is pricey, but it's definitely worth it every now and then. They serve the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Every Friday, we grab sandwiches from here before the band games, and it really makes the games much more enjoyable.
The food was delicious and served hot, as I had to wait for it to be prepared. The staff was friendly and polite.
