Chick-fil-A - Longview
Chick-fil-A
Description
At a prominent Longview Chick-fil-A location, customer experiences paint a mixed picture. While the delightful diet lemonade and the popular mini chicken biscuit bites received high praise, patrons frequently report service issues, particularly with curbside orders. Many have expressed frustration over long waits and cold food, with orders sometimes left unattended. Despite the restaurant's emphasis on quality service, visitors noted a lack of the expected "my pleasure" attitude, leading to disappointment. While some enjoyed prompt service from an attentive manager, the challenges faced during visits raise concerns about this location's ability to uphold the Chick-fil-A brand's standards.

I placed a curbside order and waited for 20 minutes, during which the app indicated that a team member was on their way. When I went inside to check on the status of my order, I spoke with someone at the front counter and noticed that my food was just sitting there. Unfortunately, I ended up with cold food, and some drinks were missing. This is by far the worst location in Longview.
The staff member wasn't rude, but he appeared quite indifferent. The service was slow and lacked enthusiasm, and he overlooked part of my order. I had to go back and reorder, but unfortunately, my new order was also prepared incorrectly. This experience at Chick-fil-A was honestly the worst I've ever had—it's almost amusing how poor it was.
I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup tonight, but I was unable to check in to let them know I had arrived, so I ended up going inside. I asked two different staff members about my order, and both assured me that they were working on it, even though I hadn’t officially checked in. I had only ordered a single sandwich—nothing more. After everyone else had received their food and a staff member brought out a mobile order, I asked again, and yes, it turned out to be mine. I waited a total of 21 minutes for an order I had placed in advance. Every time I visit this particular Chick-fil-A, I encounter problems. It’s a poor representation of the Chick-fil-A brand, and I honestly don’t understand how they stay in business except for the strength of their name. There’s absolutely no sense of “my pleasure,” and the service is extremely disappointing.
The diet lemonade is simply fantastic! Even though we have to travel quite a way to get to a Chick-fil-A, whenever we're in town, we always make it a point to enjoy one or two lemonades during the day and take home some Chick-fil-A sandwiches.
I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I ordered an 8-piece nugget and a small cup of ice cream, but the young lady who took my order mistakenly charged me for the largest cup, which costs nearly $6 by itself. When I reached the window, I pointed out that I had ordered the small size. Instead of correcting the mistake, the cashier suggested I put any leftovers in the freezer for later. However, it was hot and humid outside, and I wanted a smaller portion to enjoy right away. To make matters worse, the ice cream was disappointing, lacking creaminess and flavor. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money.
