What Jane Ogden doesn't like about Cafe Barron's:
I usually like this place. I like the crab cakes the wine list; the service has always been fine, and its a nice, relaxing place to be. The other day I ordered the Asian salad, which was mediocre (tough chicken), Fox News was on the bar TV. Really??? View all feedback.
Shonda served us. Most professional outstanding service we have ever had. She was 100% spot on. She is all pro. Loved our experience.
I've visited this place before, and it's a nice spot. However, I've been turned away a few times on Saturday nights when I tried to grab a drink at the bar around 9 PM. I understand that the kitchen closes, but I believe the bar should remain open. On my most recent visit, I ordered the pork tenderloin with potatoes and asparagus. It was tasty, but the portions were on the smaller side.
Cute little Cafe with amazing food. Server was very helpful and friendly. Cocktails were well prepared and reasonably priced.
Favorite food in Longview!! Try the Parmesan truffle sweet potato fries tomato basil soup … you won’t be disappointed!
First time, wasn't sure what to expect. Read good reviews so decided to try it. Very happy with everything. The meal was delicious. The waitress was outstanding.
