I've only been to this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, I haven't come across anyone at the register who appears to be well-trained. The food was acceptable... read more I've only been to this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, I haven't come across anyone at the register who appears to be well-trained. The food was acceptable and reminded me of Burger King, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, the lack of training at the counter can be quite frustrating. That said, considering it’s a fast-food establishment, I can't say I was completely disappointed.

From placing my order to receiving #48 just before this review, everything was perfect. The way the food was wrapped looked like something out of an advertisement, and it was hot, as if it had just been freshly made. We are 100% satisfied!

However, recently they've implemented a new system where you're made to pull up to the window, only to be told to back up and then signaled when to come back to the window. If you want your drive-thru numbers to look better for upper management, focus on improving your operations instead of manipulating the system by making customers reverse in the drive-thru.

However, during my most recent visi... read more Every time I go to this restaurant, I've often noticed that the staff can be indifferent, unmotivated, or even discourteous. However, during my most recent visit, the woman at the drive-thru really stood out—she was vibrant, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. This was a refreshing change from my past experiences. I truly hope she stays with the team and inspires her coworkers to adopt a similar positive attitude. A single negative demeanor can significantly impact team morale, so I wish them the best in creating a better atmosphere. Having more staff members like her would greatly enhance this location. As for the food? Well, it’s Burger King, so you know what to expect.
