There’s nothing extraordinary about this place. It’s very small, with only three tiny tables, and there was a really long line. I ended up waiting 32 minutes just to be served.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant—not just once, but three times. The first visit, I received burnt fried rice that was simply inedible, so it went straight into the trash. On my second visit, the portions were ridiculously small; it felt like they were trying to cut corners. We were really disappointed since this isn't supposed to be cheap food—especially at $27 for two people. The third time was even worse: they mixed up my order and gave me the wrong side dish, which posed an allergy risk. Had I eaten what they served, I could have been seriously unwell. I reached out to their corporate email three times, but they seemed to have completely given up on communication. To this day, I haven’t received a proper response—just a generic form letter and a credit for one meal, which I don’t want. Their dismissive approach only highlights the real issues at hand. We will not be ordering from this location again. The management and staff training appear to be severely lacking, making this place a disgrace. To top it all off, the corporate response was both disingenuous and unacceptable. I’m done—after three chances, this place deserves barely one star.
Bought lunch and was really looking forward to this. The orange chicken and Beijing beef was not fresh and old and the chow mein tasted like soap. Like they didn?t wash off the pan they cooked in.
I wish I could give this place a zero-star review. I ordered food online for Uber delivery, and they sent me the wrong order. When I called to ask for a resolution or a refund, they refused to help. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The dish I ordered was a complete mess and undercooked. The service here is terrible. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
I've known about this restaurant for over ten years, and I can genuinely say it's excellent! The manager and Lanny are exceptionally friendly. The portions are generous, and the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend it! Also, be sure to keep your receipts; on your next visit, you can use them to get a free item with your purchase!
