However, after my visit on Monday, I decided it would... read more I have always enjoyed KFC for its classic chicken flavor, mashed potatoes with gravy, and mac and cheese. However, after my visit on Monday, I decided it would be my last time dining there. I spent $54 on 12 pieces of chicken, sides, and an extra gravy—something I usually love. Unfortunately, after not eating KFC for several months, I noticed that while the prices have gone up, the quality of the food has declined. The mashed potatoes and gravy were quite bland, and you could tell the potatoes were not the same as before. The gravy was excessively watery. As for the mac and cheese, it lacked the cheesy flavor it used to have, and even my kids refused to eat it. I was seriously disappointed to spend $54 and end up throwing away a lot of food.

The service left much to be desired, and the restrooms were closed. Overall, the atmosphere was uninviting, and they didn't have any glasses for drinks, claiming they were out of stock.

They could have toned it down a bit instead of having the wings submerged in BBQ sauce. The $6 meal was great. The younger staff on duty that evening were quite loud; I could hear all about their schedules.
