Description
**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
This Mexican eatery presents a blend of culinary offerings and service experiences, ranging from disappointing to delightful. While some patrons found the food bland and lacking in flavor, citing disheartening service incidents, others praised the vibrant energy of attentive servers, particularly noting the exceptional service from a standout waitress. Improvements in food quality and generous portion sizes were acknowledged, yet rising prices raised eyebrows. Despite its struggles, the establishment has managed to retain loyal customers who appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and quick service, especially when dining with families. Overall, it’s a place with potential, striving for consistency.

Ordered takeout, the chimichangas were dry breast meat of chicken in a soggy tortilla and the chile relleno was bland and not cheesy. This place used to be pretty good but not anymore. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

My boyfriend and I went here to eat dinner it was my first time at this restaurant but he has been here before. The food I ordered was the carne asada it came with rice and beans and homemade flour tortillas. When I got the food it was superb! I would definitely go back again! we plan to already we just have to find the time. The only thing we did not like was that our server was very distracted by another table. It was a table with two gentlemen at it that she was paying particular attention to. And didn't offer us much service after we got our food. She could have been a little more attentive to us.
The was out nineth year attending the kite festival and our first time trying this restaurant. We were basically ignored upon walking in, They was no Hi, we 'll be right with you greeting even though the lady behind the register looked directly at as. We were finally sat at a table, which, unfortunately, had not been adequately cleaned. We did like the quick water and chips and salsa service once we were seated. The salsa itself was like water. The chips needed salt. As a matter of fact, all the food lacked flavor. It was all very bland. The shredded chicken in my taco and enchilada had no taste. It was almost as if all the flavor had been boiled away. There wasn 't even salt or pepper on it. It was just dry and stringy. I had to ask for more watery salsa just to make it moist enough to eat. In the end, i just gave up and left half eaten items on my plate. My husband said his cheese enchilada and cheese stuffed pepper were very cheesy but also lacked proper seasoning. The portion sizes, however, were good. Our waiter never brought us a bill, nor could we get his attention, so we just walked to the front to pay. We attend the kite festival every year and will definitely not be coming back to this restaurant.
