Was Mertie Considine at Bashi Bakes a mag?
The mini Basque cheesecake bites I ordered were absolutely delicious. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Mercy for her outstanding customer service over email—truly a 12/10 experience. I wanted to place an order for a Saturday, but that was the one day they didn’t offer pickup. I reached out to ask if there was any way they could accommodate my request, and Mercy went above and beyond even though she didn’t have... View all feedback.

What Hortense Jones dislikes about Bashi Bakes:
This cheesecake isn't the traditional creamy, custard-like burnt Basque style. It's closer to the Japanese version—light, soft, airy, and fluffy. It wasn't what I was looking for, but if you enjoy the Japanese style, you'll like this. Just don’t expect the authentic creamy, custard texture inside. I recently ordered two Basque burnt cheesecakes from Bashi Bakes—one for myself and one as a birthday gift for my brother-in-law—and we were absolutely amazed! The texture and flavor were incredibly delicious, smooth, and perfectly balanced. It’s far superior to a regular cheesecake: rich but not overly sweet. My brother-in-law, a huge cheesecake fan, said it’s one of the best he’s ever had. Even my niece, who usually doesn’t like cheesecake, couldn’t get enough of it! My sister was so impressed that she even posted a heartfelt message about it because everyone loved it so much. I highly recommend Bashi Bakes for anyone seeking a unique, artisanal dessert that feels homemade with a gourmet flair. Delivery service: 5 stars Food quality: 5 stars Service: 5 stars
