A Pch offers an upscale yet California casual vibe with friendly servers. I've dined here several times and usually found the food superb. On my latest visit, the experience was just okay—nothing like before, though perhaps they were having an off night. I don’t want to write them off completely and plan to return, hoping the food quality returns to its previous standard. We sampled several dishes: the octopus was good, but the fries were a bit bland. The Spicy Yellowfish Tuna and Chilean Seabass Tacos were excellent, and the Grilled Caesar Salad was enjoyable. Unfortunately, their usually excellent Cioppino wasn’t available this season, as it typically is in winter. Service was attentive, and the atmosphere maintained a pleasant vibe. I'm vegan, and the server kindly consulted with the chef, who created a spicy pasta with asparagus and mushrooms just for me—absolutely perfect! The service and atmosphere were excellent.
