What Scott Watson doesn't like about José Pizarro:
I only had one day here, admittedly, but it was enough to stop me from coming back. I shared with a colleague who eats a lot, and none of us could end the tapas we shared. to fat and oily and ultimately very heavy. While I really like his main restaurant on bermondsey st, this was a total disappointment. View all feedback. What Tina Walker likes about José Pizarro:
Finally, the city has an amazing Spanish tapas square to be proud. the hotel is located in the newly opened and fabulous broadgate circle bang in the middle of the city (not great if they are allergic to suits), a perfect place to meet friends or colleagues. every dish is skillfully cooked- I couldn't stop eating! read moreThe restaurant at Broadgate Circle, Jose Pizzaro's latest venture, has received mixed reviews. Some diners found the tapas to be heavy and disappointing, while others praised the incredible dishes such as the Jamon and prawn fritters. The menu mainly consists of tapas dishes and charcuterie, with some Spanish breakfast options. The venue itself is bigger than Jose's other restaurants and has a corporate feel, which some may not prefer. Overall, the food quality is excellent, but the pricing can be a bit high. The staff are friendly and professional, providing a great dining experience.
