I have had the most amazing birthday lunch expecience last week. Everyone was so welcoming, top service, and the food is to die for. I am not someone who usually goes to Michelin star restaurants, and to get to experience 3 star chef passion and knowledge and interpretation of food was truly unique experience. I would definetly do it again. I was tremendously lucky to find a table for my birthday a day before the booking as i looked many times before to book it and was full months in advance. We had a seasons tasting and a classic tasting menu and was perfect. Thank you Core

We were meant to go here a couple of years ago then the pandemic hit so it got delayed. It was tricky to book as it's so popular but we got a table for lunch and decided to each have a different tasting menu so we could try everything on offer. The service was brilliant, the food (and wine pairings with each course) was sublime. The offer of a cheese course before the desserts was very welcome, and the selection of cheeses was great. It's impossible to pick a favourite dish as they were all so good, but the Core-teaser dessert was definitely a stand out!

I visited Core back in March for dinner and went for the Core classic tasting menu. I was blown away by how amazing the food were and I don 't say this lightly. The flavour combination was just so good and harmonious. The beginning course consisted of four different small bites which were bursting with flavours. The rest of the courses were all very impressive, particularly the scallop cooked over wood, and the venison. The meal was finished off with pear verbena sorbet which was visually stunning and oh so delicious. Besides that, the service was very attentive and the ambiance was good and I felt relaxed. Overall, I enjoyed the experience immensely. Core has demonstrated a very high fine dining standard and definitely deserves the three Michelin stars awarded. I am sure I will return in the future.

Impossible to book, quite the fiasco actually, we tried for my partner’s birthday yesterday but the best we could get was the day after. This was done at just past midnight 3 (or was it 6? months ago. The food was amazing though, lots of careful attention to flavour combinations and textures. Great wine pairings too. Only negatives were that the steak portion was too large as was the core teaser overall an epic restaurant experience. Kudos to the staff

Outstanding on every level; creativity, presentation, service, flavour, it was all a cut above. We did both tasting menus and wine pairing as a group and loved it all. The best meal I’ve ever had and I dine out a couple times a week. The price point demands perfection and they deliver on it.
