Lompoc may not be the best place for vegan dining, but thankfully, Blaze comes to the rescue! They provide vegan cheese and three different crust options, and their gluten-free crust is also vegan. I had a wonderful experience at Blaze—the staff were friendly and attentive, and my pizza was delicious.
I visited this restaurant unaware that they offered vegan cheese, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. In a place with few vegan options, this experience truly stood out. The staff even changed their gloves three times after we mentioned our dietary preferences.
The half pizza and salad combo offers excellent value for money. The thin crust was delightful, and you have the option to choose any of their available toppings.

This restaurant is incredibly accommodating to vegetarians! I’ve had a few mishaps in the past where pepperoni ended up on my pizza at other places, so I started ordering my pizzas uncut. However, when my partner picked up my pizza one night, they were informed that we could simply request a clean vegetarian cut. I can’t express how much I appreciate that!
