I have probably been through the drive thru 20 times and have NEVER had them had me my food at the window EVER! You always have to pull around. Service is always slow. They are never apologetic. Today we waited 15 min for a chicken tender combo. My husband finally went in to get it. We paid for 5 piece combo and he came out with 3 piece no fries. I went in to get it fixed and was told to hold on. Well I had been holding on for 15 min. I demanded a refund and we will never be back. Do not continue to allow this type of service to be rewarded.

It seems as if every time I stop here, they always take them rarely your order right The first time. And every time I'm in the passage, I asked myself to move forward and wait. When I go and pay for overpriced fast food, I want at least a good service if there are occasional inaccuracy or inaccuracy. I could understand, but it's constant and I won't be back.
