Upfresh Kitchen - Locust

Love the food! Meal Preps kept in my freezer are perfect when I'm too lazy to cook and eat too busy? The staff is also super friendly and always helps to taste recommendations for new meals. Oh! And best smoothies, hands down! No joke to get a smoothie for lunch and dinner. It's a win-win.

I can't believe that such a place exists in Locust. I left my wallet at my friend's house, so I was looking for a place I could order online that had healthy options. I have the Buffalo chicken bowl with the jasmine rice. It was incredible! That was so good, I'll order one for dinner later after the gym. I'm glad this place is here.

My husband and I LOVE UpFresh Kitchen! Eating healthy was a struggle with our schedule and having a toddler, but UpFresh has solved that and made eating better (and life in general for that matter) SO much easier. We?ve only been to the restaurant once since we live about 45 minutes away, but discovered it while in the area to see a friend. We ordered fresh food while we were there which was great; and also picked up a few frozen meals to try. We met and spoke briefly with the owner while we were there and he was so genuine and nice! He deserves all the success he has earned. We now order meal prep every week and have it delivered right to our apartment! Even after paying for the meals, delivery, and tipping the driver, it?s STILL affordable! And even more importantly, everything has been tasty and fresh. 5 Stars for both the food AND the service!!

I've been ordering food here for years and food plans for a few months and I love everything! I will always support this family business. Super nice and reliable people who have AMAZING food!

We have recently lunch from here for the first, but definitely not least, time. I couldn't believe how delicious and healthy the food was. And prices are reasonable, especially for such healthy options. Thank you for so delicious food.
