They used to have a fantastic clear broth soup, but something has changed with the recipe. Now, the broth has a greasy quality that completely ruins its clarity! I brought this up with the manager, who explained that it often happens at the bottom of the stock pot. When I asked when they would be making a new batch of clear broth, she gave me a specific time for when it would be ready. However, when I went back, the broth was just as oily as before. The manager's excuses were unconvincing. I could easily buy broth and make a better clear soup myself! They've definitely lost my business.
I've never had a bad meal here. I've visited several times, and each time the portions are generous for the low price. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place.
Rude and they always end up missing items on order. I am not sure if they are just slow in the head or slacking. Food is not that great and overpriced. Will not be buying again!
This is a fantastic spot to enjoy some delicious hibachi. I've never encountered any problems here—it's consistently great food and excellent service.
Not the first time this has happened but they put me on hold and then nothing . Then you realize they hung up on you and you try calling again and again but nothing. When they do answer and pick up and you place your order, nine times out of ten your order is wrong. Disappointed definitely but the food is always good, can’t complain about that.
