This is one of the best taquerias in the valley. Hidden gem and remember to always put in the notes to include extra salsa, for instance. They are very responsive, it's appreciated and rare! View all feedback. What Desiree S doesn't like about Taqueria Los Caporales:
We were missing items that we ordered. What we did get was sloppily thrown together. I'm not sure which Los Cap this came from. I have eaten at the restaurant on First Street and it's always been good. I am extremely disappointed. View all feedback.

The al pastor is crispy and full of flavor, while the cabeza is tender and rich. Without a doubt, this is the best Mexican restaurant in the Coachella Valley.
