Our server provided excellent recommendations and shared interesting insights about the city as well as the restaurant's commitment to sustainable sourcing. I really appreciated that the restaurant uses local ingredients, especially since we're visitors from out of town. I will definitely return on my next visit!

You have an eclectic menu that you could only get in the area of life. I had recently served her cod with peaches and it was AMAZING! It has a cute back courtyard, perfect for a sunset dinner. I recommend this place for a nice bite, but it is also a great date point! You have to come here!

I had fresh Tomales Bay oysters and Ling Cod with an old fashion. I cannot wait to go back, probably get their steak.

Service, food, and management were much be... read more My wife and I have come to Range Life on several occasions including our anniversary, Mother's Day, and her birthday. Service, food, and management were much below expectations during all of these visits. We frequent many restaurants in the Bay Area and were very surprised Range Life did not live up to our expectations. We continued to give it a chance, hoping the first few times were off and it is near our favorite Livermore winery but we will not be going again. For the price it is not worth the unkind service and so-so quality food. I would not recommend. There are many other nicer restaurants in the area.
