What User doesn't like about Happy Lemon:
The Rewards Program at this restaurant is not-so-secret, offering one free drink after every ten drinks. I frequent this restaurant often and have never been let down. The drinks are excellent and are served promptly. Even when ordering multiple drinks for a group, they are prepared quickly. The staff are friendly and attentive. They also have a unique taro milk tea option without the chunks and ube, which I have only found at this particular location. The bubble waffles are also tasty.
Happy Lemon is my top choice for boba in town. The food is excellent (I love the Okinawa Fresh Milk/D11), the customer service, while not amazing, is better than what others have experienced. The ambiance is welcoming with music always playing and a commitment to cleanliness. I appreciate that they offer non-caffeinated drinks as well. Overall, I give them a solid 5/5 rating.
Great lemonades and teas but kind of cheap to charge for water. Not friendly at all. The atmosphere is so dull and dreary in there, always, opposite of the happy face on their name. Lol. Sorry.
