We stayed at the hotel and received free breakfast daily. The coffee was always hot, fresh and strong. The selection of food was wide, but not the highest quality. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Piso 21:
The only good thing was the view. We could hardly hear ourselves over the obnoxious live piano blasting out. Food was far below average, very disappointing. Entree was bland and tasted processed, it even felt microwaved. Pasta main was just cheap dried pasta with a few old prawns and cheese, highly disappointing given the price. You'd expect something homemade for sure. Dessert pre-made and processed. My advice is av... View all feedback.
Service was horrible. Some food ordered was forgotten about, some drinks never came and those that did came after the food was nearly finished. There was hair in some of the ice and cutlery missing from the seats.. the view was nice though
Service was great Flavor was wonderful Quality was wonderful Interior was wonderful Highly recommend for date with your love
The food, the views, and the service were excellent. We basically had the place to ourselves. It 's a tad pricey but worth it. We tried their recommendations that included the beef Tacu Tacu and seafood Tacu Tacu for our main dishes and for an appetizer we had the tres causas. Great place to visit even if you aren 't staying at the hotel.
The Osso Buco my wife had was almost inedible. It was full of gelatin mixed in with the meat making the mouth feel unpleasant. It was not cooked long enough for the fat to render into the meat which gives this dish its classic tenderness. My dish, the tacutacu, had a peculiar flavor, maybe aji marisol or achiote that overpowered the dish. While the view is wonderful from the 21st floor, they need to improve in the kitchen.
Beautiful restaurant, great seafood, prompt service. I will be back!
