It was not cooked long enough for... read more The Osso Buco my wife had was almost inedible. It was full of gelatin mixed in with the meat making the mouth feel unpleasant. It was not cooked long enough for the fat to render into the meat which gives this dish its classic tenderness. My dish, the tacutacu, had a peculiar flavor, maybe aji marisol or achiote that overpowered the dish. While the view is wonderful from the 21st floor, they need to improve in the kitchen.

We tried their recommendations that included the beef Tacu Tacu and seafood Tacu Tacu for our main dishes and for an appetizer we had the tres causas. Great place to visit even if you aren 't staying at the hotel.

There was hair in some of the ice and cutlery missing from the seats.. the view was nice though

Had chicken soup that was refreshing and the chocolate cake.
