Whenever you want to eat... read more I have visited this place twice already during a couple of business trips to Lima in 2017 and I have not been disappointed either case. Whenever you want to eat pollo a la brasa with anticuchos and picarones at the same venue (because you don’t have time), this place will do the trick. I understand that you can find in Lima other restaurants where they excel in one or two of them but it’s not very common to find a place where you see them all with excellent quality. While in there, try other things in the menu like the brochetas with champignon and queso, costillas parrilleras, for example, which I also tried and were delicious. There are more items in the menu that look great but have not had the time to try yet. The atmosphere is great for bringing your date, your family or your group of friends. The service is good and both times the waiter did a fantastic job. I don’t recall seeing a menu in English and I don’t know if they also speak English. But do not pass the opportunity to go if you get the chance.

While the service was great, the food lacked that superior taste and quality I have come to expect from Lima establishments. The little coffee shop down the block surpassed their culinary efforts. The chicken was recommended, but that bird disappointed. A bit dry and tasteless. The concept is great with their wonderful Brazilian grills so visible, but the spices used could be more evident. Sorry, but I will not be back.

The different grilled meet plates that we ordered were gorgeous. Place is pretty big and a bit noisy because it was very busy. HOwever the service was good and quick.

I like restaurants that like to try new things with menu. Menu was traditional however it had some different...items not found in others. Picarones were also tasty. Very nice ambient and layout

We found the chicke... read more We came here for our first meal in Lima. It was highly recommended. While service was very accommodating, the star of the menu lacked taste. We found the chicken to be dry rather than moist, as advertised and promised. The sensation seasoning that was anticipated...lacked punch. Maybe something was amiss on our visit because they seem to have a following, but we have visited other bbq chicken spots that are very much superior to this spot, some even just a few blocks away.
