The chicken sandwich I ordered was cold and the chicken was soggy, as if it had been overcooked and then rehydrated in water. My husband's meatball sub tasted like it was made with hamburger instead of meatballs, with thin and watery sauce. Neither dish was warmed properly. Additionally, when he paid with our debit card, he was informed that a 5%, 10%, or 15% tip was mandatory. View all feedback.
We went there on our way thru town at 230 pm Sunday afternoon. 3 gals working and we waited for 15 min but they were busy working ion a on line order and never waited on us. We finally left!! 3 employees, no one in the restaurant and you can’t get waited on Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Those behind the counter seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They didn't have the bread I wanted, they said I would have to get 6 sandwiches if I wanted my norman bread, but I wanted footlongs so I had to settle for bread I didn't like. They weren't friendly like they were a couple of years ago. They couldn't even figure out how to use my rewards card. Service: Takeaway
I'm not sure what is going on with this particular subway. I always get the same sandwich. But this place made it so dry and flavorless. I couldn't finish the sandwich because it was so bland. I gave it to the crows. I tried a 6-inch meatball. It wasn't much better. And I used to love the meatball. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
This subway has gone downhill in recent months. They messed up 2 sandwiches and refused to make it right. All I got from the night manager was have a nice night. after she insisted that I was wrong because she made the first half of the sandwiches herself, but someone else messed up the veggies. Yesterday we ordered 3 sandwiches. My Sister te garlic roast beef and has been sick for the last 3 days. My brother and I are fine because we had different sandwiches. One of the personnel notified was very courteous and concerned and stated she would check the meat. Many thanks to the woman who has taken the complaint seriously. Never had my issues before so thank you. We have always enjoyed subway. Food: 1
