Description
At the local Subway in Libby, Montana, experiences appear to fluctuate dramatically. While some patrons rave about the personalized sandwiches and friendly service, others report disappointing meals with undercooked ingredients and rude staff. Concerns include inconsistent food quality and excessive pressure on employees, leading to a rushed dining atmosphere. The establishment is noted for its accessible takeout service and reasonable pricing, generally between $1 and $30 per person. Seasonal favorites, such as cookies, garner praise; however, the overall reception remains mixed, suggesting a need for improvements in both food preparation and customer interaction.

We went there on our way thru town at 230 pm Sunday afternoon. 3 gals working and we waited for 15 min but they were busy working ion a on line order and never waited on us. We finally left!! 3 employees, no one in the restaurant and you can’t get waited on Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Those behind the counter seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They didn't have the bread I wanted, they said I would have to get 6 sandwiches if I wanted my norman bread, but I wanted footlongs so I had to settle for bread I didn't like. They weren't friendly like they were a couple of years ago. They couldn't even figure out how to use my rewards card. Service: Takeaway
I'm not sure what is going on with this particular subway. I always get the same sandwich. But this place made it so dry and flavorless. I couldn't finish the sandwich because it was so bland. I gave it to the crows. I tried a 6-inch meatball. It wasn't much better. And I used to love the meatball. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
New owner Tabatha has sure cleaned up the place, and so much better customer service. The meat service is back to proper amount. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Roast Beef
