They didn't have the bread I wanted, they said I would have to get 6 sandwiches if I wanted my norman bread, but I wanted footlongs so I had to settle for bread I didn't like. They weren't friendly like they were a couple of years ago. They couldn't even figure out how to use my rewards card. Service: Takeaway

All I got from the night manager was have a nice night. after she insisted that I was wrong because she made the first half of the sandwiches herself, but someone else messed up the veggies. My brother and I are fine because we had different sandwiches. One of the personnel notified was very courteous and concerned and stated she would check the meat. Many thanks to the woman who has taken the complaint seriously. Never had my issues before so thank you. We have always enjoyed subway. Food: 1
