The lobby was empty for twenty minutes. Despite being told I had a room reserved, I was denied when I arrived. The manager was rude and kept mentioning my financial status, calling me aggressive and trying to make me leave with somebody else. Our vacation was ruined. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service at this restaurant is very unusual, as the reception is handled by a mobile number and a guy who decides when he can be disturbed. Our party waited... read more The service at this restaurant is very unusual, as the reception is handled by a mobile number and a guy who decides when he can be disturbed. Our party waited 40 minutes to be seated and we heard from another couple that they waited 2 and a half hours. The decor is outdated and the walls have large black holes where wallpaper is peeling off. The Wi-Fi never worked and there was no phone signal. The only redeeming quality is that the location is convenient.

I went to the hotel in the early 60s with my tante ina nicolson and helped her to clean the room and in the break time I used to climb out the window and sit on... read more I went to the hotel in the early 60s with my tante ina nicolson and helped her to clean the room and in the break time I used to climb out the window and sit on the steps with my juice and eating. that wouldn't be noisy if I did it a few days now. that was the best of our childhood. x
