They have creatively put a new twist on some traditional Shetland dishes, making them both delightful and distinctive. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing to the wonderful atmosphere. After dinner, I headed upstairs to their lovely cocktail lounge, which is ideal for a drink before or after your meal. Overall, it's a wonderful place!
