We have also tried the calves and have been very, but very well prepared. the meat was literally joining the tender, juicy and chopped bread to the point. the owner of the establishment seemed sympathetic, educated and especially detailed. It's a passionate climb, which just seems to go into the bar. walls are full of photographs of such expeditions, periodic cuts, climbing equipment and all kinds of memories. In fact, we were lucky and I told us some of those stories. this is definitely one of these places with soul and a place that is indispensable for all climbers who visit the lion. Quality/Price well balanced. the service they offer really is worth it. 100% recommended! We'll be back!
