Had a wonderful lunch 7 excellent courses and a perfect glass of wine. Lovely surroundings and excellent staff (especially as we visited as tourists and spoke very little French! . William was an especially excellent member of staff. Would fully recommend!
Do not visit Intangible to satisfy hunger vist to explore new taste combinations carefully designed by two chefs with a passion. Do not visit expecting a wide choice of food visit to share a single menu created by the mood of the day of two talented chefs. This is how fine dining should be. My main complaint is not towards Intangible it is aimed at a large portion of visitors who turn up in jeans, tee shirt and trainers, many unwashed. Such fashion sadly is taking over in superior settings such as Intangible, for which I apologise to Emma and Antoinne who have gone to much trouble to create an elegance that should be reciprocated. My only criticism towards Intangible is the lack of table cloths that would be the perfect finishing touch to the elegance of Intangible. Five stare plus!
There were multiple courses, each a unique creation that the chief does not plan on repeating in the future. It was fun to speculate what the next course was going to be like. There is a lot of experimentation going on but mostly the combinations worked well. Excellent value for such top end dining.
Even in Michelin starred restaurants around Toulouse, I have found nothing better than L’Intangible (I should, perhaps, add that I am judging the food part of the experience by what is offered to those with special dietary requirements). We first dined at L’Intangible soon after it opened 18 months ago. Since then, Antoine and Emma have perfected all elements of their restaurant. On this occasion, the mood was set by a surreal drive up the fog-bound, tree-lined avenue which leads to the château. Inside, the décor is a harmonious blend of ancient and modern and, combined with a warm welcome, we instantly felt that we had stepped inside a stylishly exclusive world. A succession of courses – up to six, depending on how you count them – offered a panoply of taste and texture, and aroma and colour. A beetroot tartlet with parmesan and chestnut, and a perfect little risotto made particularly strong impressions, and the dessert was an astonishing combination of three plates. All six members of our party were entranced by a fabulous evening. If you like fine dining, this is a restaurant that you absolutely must try at least once.
The magic starts as soon as you enter the beautiful Chateau de la Bousquetarie, to take your table at L’intangible. Attentive service, really friendly and one of the best tasting menus we have ever experienced, having eaten in many Michelin star restaurants around the world. The unique nature of every dish was a flavour explosion and the elements in each one of the 8 dishes (9 if you include the handmade truffle with chilli) were extensive. Beautifully presented, quality seasonal ingredients and each dish was described with such passion by the staff. Antoine and Emma leave you with a wax sealed copy of the menu to conclude the perfect evening. We were lucky enough to be staying at the Chateau, so it was a short walk to bed, having been welcomed by the equally warm Pierre and Nathalie. This is a must visit restaurant!

A magnificent setting due to the location but also to a very beautiful decoration. A really good welcome and service. The staff is always very friendly. A refined cuisine full of flavor and taste. With fresh and local products for the vast majority, it’s a pleasure. I always love the principle of the menu where we discover what the chef is preparing. This allows us to discover tastes that some of us would not have tried. We will definitely come back and share this address.
Disappointed by this third visit, after modifying my reservation (restaurant vacancy cause). Badly placed when we arrived: (at the bar) but then moved to the restaurant room. A most minimalist wine pairing. And price inflation...but if we go too fast we burn our wings. However, good luck to you. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Probably the first culinary experience in the Tarn Self in Michelin in the Stars restaurants around Toulouse, I have found nothing better than L’Intangible (I should, perhaps, add that I have the food part of the experience by what is offered to those with special nutritional requirements). Simply fabulous, a gourmet balance of flavors with a subtle touch of originality that awakens your taste buds. A welcoming place with charming people. We can't wait to come back for an intangible moment.
Staff and warm welcome and Chef Antoine. Cuisine sought after, equilibrium, tasty and valued by a refined dressage. The price is undoubtedly very attractive compared to the quality of the dishes A single apartment... very slow service that lacks rhythm can be due to the absence of kitchen staff?
A meal like I haven't eaten. Thanks for your kindness, the service is perfect! An unbeatable quality/price ratio. Stay here, that's perfect. Thank you.
In a nice estate, 2 young people, in love with detail, enjoy you with dishes as tasty as beautifully presented! A very pleasant moment, a simple atmosphere! Merit a star in the famous guide! Thank you very much Emma, Antoine and the great team!
