We first have at L’Intangible soon after its opening 18 months ago. Since then, Antoine and Emma have perfected all the elements of their restaurant. On this occasion, the mood was set by a surreal drive on the nebulous, tree-lined gear that leads to the castle. Inside, the decor is a harmonious blend of old and modern and, combined with a warm welcome, we immediately felt that we were created in a stylishly exclusive world. A number of courses – up to six, depending on how you count them – offered a panoply of taste and texture, and aroma and color. A beetroot tart with parmesan and chestnuts, and a perfect little risotto made particularly strong impressions, and the dessert was an amazing combination of three plates. All six members of our party were inaugurated by a fabulous evening. If you like fine food, this is a restaurant that you must try at least once.

Lovely surroundings and excellent staff (especially as we visited as tourists and spoke very little French! . William was an especially excellent member of staff. Would fully recommend!
