I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Leicester Red Hill Circle restaurant. I arrived around 7:30pm and was initially greeted by a friendly staff member who served me. I showed them on my app that I had a free side and free snack, but only one was applied due to a system error. When I mentioned this, a girl named Abbey Potter rudely told me there was nothing they could do. As I tried to explain, she told me to leave. I then had to involve a manager named Savita who apologized for the incident. However, Abbey continued to behave unprofessionally in the back. My meal ended up being cold when I got home. This kind of service is unacceptable and I will be sharing my experience on Trip Advisor.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and when it finally arrived, they had forgotten items. Another time, my drive-thru order was completely wrong. But after going back to the restaurant, they still got it wrong. The ice cream and krushem machine is always broken. Come on KFC, you're supposed to be a fast food place! Make sure to check your order before leaving.
