We were disappointed to find that 6 pieces of chicken were missing from our order at Waterside Road KFC. When we brought this to the attention of Manager Jay, we were accused of lying to get extra chicken. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, Jay was rude and showed no remorse for the restaurant's error. We will not be returning to this KFC location and will instead visit other KFCs where we feel our business is appreciated. It's important to check your order before leaving to avoid similar situations.
Terrible service, I was told I could only place 2 orders via drive thru… if I wanted to order more I would have to come in to the store. To which I drive to McDonald’s instead. I’ve always had problems with this KFC forgetting food, taste of food cold, wait times. This is the last and final time. The manager has a lot to answer for and needs to pay an interest in its businesses.
The service at this restaurant is extremely lacking. I waited 25 minutes for a takeout order and when I expressed my frustration, there was no apology. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the fries in my bag. I will definitely not be returning. It appears that orders through Just Eat and Deliveroo are given priority. It seems that the shift supervisor or manager should be keeping an eye on wait times.
We spent over £40 at the A46 services branch and were extremely disappointed with the food. We have had bad experiences with their service in the past as well. The food was greasy and we all ended up with severe food poisoning. This will be our last time eating at this restaurant.
Extremely disappointing, waited 1 hour and 5 minutes for my food, when I approached the window after 1 hour then drive-thru assistant shouted at me and said it wasn’t his fault I’ve waited over an hour, the driver in the car next to me was outraged with his attitude and told me to call KFC and make a formal complaint. The worst thing is I did and I got a generic email apologising and not actually addressing any of the issues raised.
