Parky's Smokehouse - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Parky's Smokehouse:
Went to Parky 's to meet friends from the area. I had read reviews online and thought this would be a good place to meet. I wouldn 't advise going on a Sunday afternoon because the ribs were almost too tough to eat. I could barely cut them after I asked for a sharp knife. The sauce was ok but even though I ordered the wet ribs there wasn 't much sauce on them, so I had to add my own from the bottle on the table. Prob... View all feedback. This is why independent restaurants are far better than chains. Unique menu, attention to detail, creative, personal and the owners clean the tables, tend bar, seat the customers and probably cook, too! Try the margaritas and martinis! Desserts are to die for.
