Boulder Creek has long been a preferred dining destination for many, though recent visits indicate a blend of highs and lows. While guests praise delicious food and attentive service, particularly from standout staff members, some express disappointment over excessive noise levels and unwelcoming host experiences. The well-loved carrot cake continues to earn accolades, yet inconsistencies with desserts, such as stale cheesecake, were noted. Overall, loyal patrons appreciate the culinary offerings but hope for enhancements in ambiance and service efficiency to ensure future visits remain memorable and enjoyable.
We were seated right away for our 5:30 reservation. Our server greeted us promptly and provided excellent service throughout the evening, as did the other kitchen staff. The bar service was also very efficient, with a delicious whiskey old fashioned to start followed by a shared bottle of crisp pinot grigio. We really enjoyed the halibut with polenta fries and the scallops with pesto risotto from the current menu. Boulder Creek is a fantastic option for both lunch and dinner!
This was my Husband and I's first time visiting Boulder Creek. We have been to a lot of the other Cunningham properties and always have a great experience. Our server was super attentive and very nice. I ordered the French Onion soup to start. It was delicious. The bread and the oil he brought out was very tasty too. I ordered the Crab Crusted Walleye w/ Spinach Parmesan Risotto. It was very good. I especially liked the crab crust on the outside of the fish. Almost like a crab cake. For dessert we got the Crème Brulee. It was heaven!!! We will definitely come back.
Just a great place to have a great dinner, we’ve been coming to Boulder Creek for many years and the food and service has always been great. You will definitely see us again!
The service was good. I didn't enjoy my food there. It just wasn't to my liking. My brother enjoyed his meal, so it probably was just me.
Overpriced and the bathroom reaked of sewer gas
