The woman at the counter burned the customer's bread right in front of me and still charged him for it. They were also out of ingredients; when I asked about the broccoli soup, she not only said they didn’t have any, but also added that even if they did, she wouldn’t trust it. Overall, it took about 35 minutes to receive a six-inch sub, which is just unacceptable. I will NEVER return. The staff member even appeared to be under the influence.
