It took some time to be seated in a partially empty dining room, but once we tried the amazing trout sandwich and the delicious grilled chicken Caesar salad, we were beyond impressed! The waitress was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. View all feedback.

What a gem of a restaurant! The ambiance is great and the food and service are top-notch. Be sure to ask for Will, you won't be disappointed.

Wow. Every single bite I had was amazing. The dining experience was fantastic and the staff was excellent. This is now my favorite restaurant.

The restaurant has a very welcoming location next to Spearfish Creek. The food was delicious. The soup of the day was Smoked Buffalo Chili soup with corn bread. It was hearty and spicy! We had it as a side to our sandwiches, and it was the perfect compliment to them. I had the 4 cheese grill cheese. My husband had the BLT (very generous with the bacon). The sourdough bread used on both sandwiches was delicious. We were offered in indoor or outdoor seats. The view from the back terrace was nice, but we ate inside because of the wind. I recommend eating here. The waitress was happy and helpful!

Went in low season, so it wasn't busy at all. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful view from the window where we sat, and the bird food out there was very busy! The flares here are so much more colorful than the rakes in Wisconsin, I'm not sure why, because it's the same way. But they were absolutely beautiful! The food was excellent. I had fish in a creamy white wine sauce over corncake and it was FANTASTIC! I would order it again if I had the chance to go back. We also had the Chislic appetizer that was delicious, and their fries were really good!
