Decade is everything a coffee shop should be. an old building in a beautiful meeting point for an appealing talk, it is lgbtq friendly, and used products and de... read more Decade is everything a coffee shop should be. an old building in a beautiful meeting point for an appealing talk, it is lgbtq friendly, and used products and decoration from recycled and sustainable materials. it offers a peaceful and productive environment for work or socialization, both inside and shaded outside seats. it is the best place in lawrence for a large cup coffee or espresso made by qualified and knowledgeable baristas. the small selection of food I tried was also excellent. try the warm apple bread with sweet butter for a delicious morning buffet!

There's plenty of free parking, the baristas have an eclectic vibe, and the atmosphere is full of character!... read more This is a fantastic little place in East Lawrence. There's plenty of free parking, the baristas have an eclectic vibe, and the atmosphere is full of character! Plus, they have a lovely outdoor porch where you can relax. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business to help it thrive. They host a variety of fun events, including art shows, music nights, clothing swaps, and more. Their creativity in organizing these events always motivates me. Be sure to follow them on Instagram @decadelawrence! Oh, and the coffee is delicious!
