If th... read more The wife loves the Cow theme! She loves all things cow. The lil shop is cool the restaurant is great. We like the casino just wish the had video roulette. If they had that we woulda stayed n played. Also would been 5 stars. The food is some of the best we had in laughlin. We've been there a few times the last 8 months n eatin in different places each time. Regency is definitely top 2 places we ate. The other complaint besides the roulette is the wife wants more Cow stuff in the shop! Lol. See y'all soon. We will be back in June!
