The description promises warm, delicious steak topped with melted cheese, and you even have the option to customize it with various vegetables and sauces. However, the staff simply added lettuce and mayonnaise, wrapped it up, and handed it to me. When they asked if I wanted it toasted, I declined, and we didn't think to check if they had warmed it up. It's puzzling that no one inquired whether we wanted the steak and cheese served hot, especially since that's how it's expected to be served. This experience was disappointing, and I believe some staff members could use additional training. Overall, it was quite frustrating.

I f... read more The food is exactly what you would expect from a Subway. However, I was taken aback by the prices at the Casino and the fact that they don’t accept coupons. I found out that there’s another Subway about a mile away that does accept them, but convenience has its cost.

Our Steak Cheese sandwich features warm, delicious steak topped with melted cheese. You can customize it with veggies and sauces to your liking. However, the staff just slapped on some lettuce and mayo, then wrapped it up without confirming if we wanted it heated. They only asked if we wanted it toasted. We specifically didn’t want it toasted, and we didn’t think to check whether they had heated it. No one ever asks if you want your steak and cheese hot because it's meant to be served hot. It seems like someone needs retraining. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
