I should have opted for the steak! While the lobster ravioli and crab cakes sounded tempting, they both tasted like they were made with canned seafood as the main ingredient, just dressed up a bit. On the bright side, the bread was delicious! Haha!
I've come across several reviews that explain why some people rated this restaurant below four stars, and if your concerns are about the prices or the dress code, I encourage you to do a bit more research. While the prices are indeed on the higher side, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience make it worth it. It's also worth noting that there are more budget-friendly options nearby; it's not all about fine dining. Additionally, remember that people choose this restaurant for the experience, so dressing appropriately shouldn't be too much to expect.
It was my husband’s birthday, and we were looking to try a new restaurant. Although the food was good, our server was disappointing. He only brought us one bowl of French onion soup instead of two and was quite curt, lacking the attentiveness needed to make the evening feel special. To top it off, he charged us for the birthday dessert. We’ve decided that next time, we’ll go to the Gourmet Room instead.
Excellent they did not have the dish I wanted mushroom ravioli but I got sautéed mushrooms and asparagus grilled in a delicious sauce. The bread is warm and melts in your mouth. My wife’s steak was amazing. I don’t eat meat so I can’t confirm. Staff was way cool and got in without a reservation so that is icing on the cake before the cake comes. Love the atmosphere cool vibe. Highly recommend and I will definitely return
