We have many favorites. But this is the bone in rib-eye I ordered medium rare. It?s just rare and I can live with that. But, the steak is the worst rib eye I?ve ever had in front of me. We couldn?t cut it because the tendons wereso tough. We actually tried to switch knives. The steak is /was 90% fat. Just like the picture. Both waitress manager saidthat ribeyes have marbling and this was fine. I?m aware there?s marbling. It?s a ribeye, but near the entire steak was fat.Service was fine until we showed the steak. I?ll say that the manager came over and raised her voice. People say that often inreviews and exaggerate. Although far from yelling; she raised her voice to the extent I said let just pay it because she starteda small scene. And I didn?t then and don?t now want anything for free. Just irritated that the brand dropped its food ANDservice quality in Laughlin. One could be a mistake, the other is a choice.

Friendly, Courteous and pleasant. I had the prime rib and my husband had a Porterhouse we both had our always Super Favorite Coconut shrimp appetizer! Their salads are always fresh crispy and cold, so good. I also triedtheir new new coffee flavored martini it was so awesome. I tell you we have never gone wrong in all the places we've lived in 3States going to the Outback we love it. NEVER A MISS!! 5 STARS OR 7 IF I COULD GIVE'M

Almost everyone in our group ordered a steak with chicken, shrimp or pasta and we all loved our meals. Server was very attentive and sweet as well. Outback exceeded my expectations! We'll definitely go again.

I know a lot people think the fat is the best part. Just not my preference.
