One employee made a comment about my husband's order being "weird" and seemed annoyed when we asked for our foot-long subs to be wrapped individually. Additionally, my husband requested a variety of cheeses, which seemed to further aggravate him. Throughout the sandwich-making process, the employee displayed a noticeable negative attitude. Last I checked, Subway is meant to prepare sandwiches exactly as customers request; it’s not the employee’s place to judge or approve our choices. Their role is to provide friendly service, not to criticize every aspect of an order. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable! It’s essential that this employee receives feedback and retraining on proper customer service standards.

However, when a plumbing issue arises right at the start of the lunch rush and during online orders, it can lead to a chaotic experience for everyone involved, each with their own unique stories, both good and bad. As for me, I let my dad enjoy his meal while I helped out with mopping for a short time, and I have no complaints! I’m not sure if the bread was slightly overcooked or perhaps leftover from the day before, but everything else was fresh and tasted great to me.
