As someon... read more When I spoke with Bill, the manager, he replied that "sometimes we get busy, and it happens," which felt like an unfair excuse given the price I paid. As someone who receives daily requests for restaurant recommendations in my job, I will no longer mention this place in my suggestions.

Our absolute FAVORITE place to go for dinner! We drive over an hour to enjoy their Prime Rib and Salad bar. Wh... read more I've been waiting to take my girls here for a while. The reviews in Kingman and Golden Valley are great, the reviews on Google are great, so we were excited. What an absolute disappointment! I paid almost 100.00 bucks for just 3 of us, but when it comes to a good meal price matters not in my opinion. However we were extraordinarily disappointment in our experience there. Mary our waitress was clearly NOT having it and set the whole tone. The Prime Rib itself was fine, but to serve prime rib with canned mushrooms and what tastes like instant mashed potatoes is unequivocally unacceptable in my opinion. Raise your standards or lower your prices. They've got Coca-Cola prices and serve a Great Value product. Very unfortunate in my opinion.
